La Vida Fina Luxury Condo opened for rent October of 2009. The owners worked with one of Penasco's best contemporary designers, Sandra Wise, to ensure the interior spaces where furnished with the high-end client in mind. The goal of the design team was to give La Vida Fina Luxury Condo a feeling of inviting, beautifully furnished spaces, using natural materials such as alder ceiling beams, solid alder cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine flooring, stone inlays, and custom built solid wood furniture. We believe we have achieved our goal!

The condo has a warm feel to it, yet you are surrounded by dramatic views, out all windows, of the Sea of Cortez and the beautiful private gated beach of Las Conchas. Throughout the Condo you will find Handmade furniture from one of Puerto Peñasco's best furniture companies, known for it's quality and workmanship.

When you step off of the private elevator into the Condo's interior, you are greeted to a spectacular view of the ocean and the interior spaces that were meticulously crafted to make you feel at home. Welcome to La Vida Fina Luxury Condo. Enjoy!
